Refund policy

Because every canvas is made to order by hand, we do not accept returns.

If your canvas arrives damaged, we will replace it promptly, no questions asked. Please photograph the damage and contact us at studio@madeoneatatime.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will take it from there.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no charge.
