production time each canvas is made to order in our studio. please allow 3-4 business days for production before your order ships.

domestic shipping we offer $10.00 flat rate shipping for a single canvas within the United States, with a modest additional rate for multiple canvases in one order — the exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order size. once shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. all orders ship with tracking and are carefully packaged for safe transit.

packaging every canvas is packed with corner protectors and shipped in a rigid corrugated box designed to protect it in transit.

damaged orders we will replace any damaged canvas promptly, no questions asked. please photograph the damage and contact us at studio@madeoneatatime.com within 48 hours of delivery. we will take it from there.

returns because every canvas is made to order by hand, we do not accept returns.

cancellations we accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. because each canvas is made specifically for you, we cannot cancel once production has begun. contact us at studio@madeoneatatime.com as soon as possible.

lost packages if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no charge.
